Worm farm for food?

Has anybody made a worm farm for their frog or other pets?

I'm in northern ontario and the worms here SUCK, they die, mold etc so quickly and are always so small. Stores dont take care of the worms once they get them. I feel like im waisting more worms than im buying due to my frogs feeding schedule/appetite.

My frog is extremely picky so nightcrawlers are a staple for him. He hates crickets, roaches and sometimes likes hornworms. We have yet to try a pinky mouse or silversides.

Dairy cow spotted in my pacman frogs terrarium!

It's always so nice to spot these dudes every once and a while especially since they live in a 30gal bioactive terrarium. Pic of their overlord is included, his name is Booger.

Experience with Propranolol?

Ive been on Propranolol 10mg twice daily since my diagnosis four years ago at 17yrs old. Im TERRIFIED to switch meds or up a dose but I think I have to especially since my flares have been worse the past few months and my baseline as well. I was on an elliptical the other day at the gym (taking it slow) and my heart went to 197bpm! 🫣

I am also hesitant to switch/up a dose because my np is the only one handling my pots, there's no cardiologist in my city either so it's just me and my nurse practitioner who is new to the field.

Im so damn tired 24/7, need advice

Background: I have diagnosis for POTs, hypermobility, insulin resistant pcos, endometriosis, ibs, gerd, pmdd, iron deficient anemia, me/cfs. Ive given up on seeking a formal diagnosis for HEDs until the new diagnostic criteria comes out, nobody wants to formally diagnose me because nobody has any clue how to treat my conditions, and having that formal diagnosis would "taint my medical records" according to my NP (so fun A+ canada). All of my specialists say i have HEDs but boy oh boy having it formally in ur records is UNSPEAKABLE apparently.

Nobody wants to treat my anemia either, I've gotten one infusion before and then told to eat more iron rich foods despite being a broke university student. Might beg for an iron panel again and hope not to get gaslight.

The shit: im entering my fourth yr for my bachelor's of social work which means placement on top of classes. Im exhausted, I take three classes each semester (through summer too so I can graduate on time) and im really nervous with placement since it means working 30hrs a week. I also go to the gym regularly for my pcos management etc. I'm an artist but I haven't had the energy to create in a year and before that it was rare when I did.

The question: does anybody have ANY tips on wtf to do with my energy levels???? I'm already taking B100, D3, and alot of coffee. I have zero help through the day since I'm in a dorm, my family is busy and so is my fiancée throughout the day. I also have like zero friends fml.

Any advice is deeply appreciated, im so desperate lmao🫠
