Subaru forester and honda crv

I’m starting to look at cars. I drive a 2013 subaru forester now it has over 200k miles. I’ve had another subaru before (2001 was already over 200k and had issues to start with but was a great starter car).

I am looking into buying a 2020-2023 subaru forester or honda crv. Im getting mixed information about reliability of both. They are about the same gas mileage. Very similar body styles and from what i know they both have music controls on the steering wheel (which is important to me tbh).

I want to get another Subaru just because i have experience with them but I’ve heard the inside can be a bit noisier than a honda would?

Edit to fix typo.

Right side heart failure

My boy is turning 14 in two weeks. Recently, his stomach looked bloated and pot bellied but the rest of him wasn’t gaining any weight. People kept telling me it was just because hes older so i didn’t go to the vet, but it kept bugging me so i made an appointment. He had a small heart murmur before, they said it got louder. They drained the fluid in his belly and said it was clear which is a sign of heart failure. They put him on one medication to help his heart contract and pump but the one that was supposed to prevent fluid build up can cause him to go into kidney failure so we skipped it. Hes acting fine, his breathing is slightly shallow when he lays in certain positions but his resting breathing rate is normal. They want me to go to a cardiologist but i spent all of my rent money getting him tested so far. She said it was to “make sure there isnt anything else going on with the heart” but when they did xrays all they found is fluid. I dont know what to do as i cant afford the echo cardiogram they recommended. What would you do in this situation? Hes been with me for nearly 12 years. Hes my little shadow and i love him with my whole heart.

Credit union froze my account

I filled for chapter 7 in January. I had called my credit union before hand and during to see if I could keep my checking and savings accounts during and after bankruptcy and they said yes. Multiple times. They did not allow me to get a reaffirmation agreement with them for the credit card I have with them either.
I tried using my card on Saturday and it was declining. After calling, they said that ALL my accounts were included in the bankruptcy even my checking and savings (which doesnt make sense to me). My first call about it on Saturday, she said just my card was locked. My second call just now, she said my whole account is locked but mentioned I can go in person at a branch to get money out. My third call earlier, she said I needed to talk to legal before trying to get any money out.

Why do they keep changing what they’re saying? I have emailed my lawyer and he said he will try to speak to them directly today. But my rent and utilities money is now locked in an account I’m not sure I can withdraw from.
