Beginner question- exposed my film ):

I just started shooting on an Olympus om-1, I had trouble rewinding the film when I finished my first reel. I was sitting near a window when I opened the back of the camera. I thought I had finished rewinding it. But I think it got exposed. I then went into the bathroom which was much darker but there was still a little light flooding in and I opened the back like three more times because I couldn’t tell which way to turn the knob and I kept thinking I was unwinding then rewinding. Eventually I got it back in but how much light will destroy it. It’s probably completely destroyed right?

data center- should I be concerned?

Im honestly just looking for advice and thoughts from other residents of Abilene and I hope this post is on topic enough for this subreddit.

My fiancé and I moved here about five months ago. We bought a home, we were both tired of where we were living at the time. All of my family lives in Abilene including my parents so we thought it’d be a good to have support here. We never planned on staying here forever. And i wasn’t exactly aware of the situation unfolding here. I didn’t know there was a housing crisis and when I heard about the data center it definitely raised some red flags. Buying a home in Abilene was still much more affordable than buying a home where we’re from(we would never have been able to afford a home there). But I can’t help but think I’ve made a huge mistake. I am very scared of the water and power shortages that will be coming. And I’m also scared that this might even cause the pricing of our home to eventually fall. Why would anyone want to buy a house in Abilene if it becomes unlivable. And I’m not trying to frighten anyone else about this topic or start any arguments. But this data center is very large and will need a lot of water and power. I really would hope that no one would build any sort of infrastructure that would end up displacing thousands of families but it’s certainly not something that hasn’t been seen before. So my fiancé and I have really been trying to figure out if it’d be best to leave sooner rather than later, and when would be the best time for that economically. I’m very young and not an experienced home owner but might it be worth it to lose some money selling the property or should we rent it out?
