Looking for groups in Abilene that accept clothing donations outside of just goodwill. Some men’s clothing but a lot of nicer women’s clothing/work attire/jackets and would like it to go to a good organization if possible.
Greetings from Temple, TX. Settle an argument for us. Back in 1995-1996 a third honky tonk opened up in Abilene. It was on the south side (possibly near the mall?) and it was smaller than the aforementioned, but was pretty popular. Anyone ?

Not talking politically wise. From what i've seen there isn't even a gay bar here? i think i've seen the universities may have some groups but i'm not a student.
This cat recently came over to our door and is incredibly friendly. Although she is skinny and also looks to be pretty young. We unfortunately cannot take her in because we live in an apartment who is strict on cats. Any information is helpful. I want to give her a home possibly but also want to see if anyone is missing their pet.

What is it about Abilene and people driving like 45 or 50 mph in the 70 mph areas of the highway just to skip a stoplight on the surface streets. This place is crawling with people like that. Are the cops constrained by some sort of ordinance or something not to ticket those unsafe drivers into oblivion? What's going on?
So as I spent the last two days in my dead friends home....I realized that I hate my life. Nobody loves me and I honestly want to commit suicide. the girl of my dreams left me and cut me off... i have lost everything over and over again. im 31 and have no kids of my own, I don't even have a fucking vehicle anymore. I can't find any amount of alcohol or drugs to make the pain go away because I just think about how shitty life is even more. I literally am angry at God and I want to kill myself because that means for all these years I devoted my soul, that he can never have it. for anyone reading this, true love doesn't exist. any kind of love doesn't really exist. the world only wants to use you and leave you dead on the tracks or in a room or camper overdosed and broke.
