Due to unsupportive environment I have to put off top surgery at least a year and I'm trying to find a way to live with it. One thing I thought is to decorate my tits with tattoos that will be cut off during top surgery, ie on the underside of the breast. Because of my size I'm getting double incision with free nipple grafts so my thought is that there's a fair amount of tissue on the underside of the breast that will be taken, like the portion that folds under when not binding/wearing a bra. I've attached a drawing to show my general shape if it helps as I don't know my boob size.
I was wondering if anyone has had experience with breast tattoos in the area before top surgery and how it looked after? I don't want any of the tattoo left post operation as I have other tattoo plans.
