I’m moving to Japan on a working holiday visa, to live for 9-12 months, and are bringing 3 months supply just to make sure I have some for the start of my trip. My question is, how easy is it to get when you are in Japan? And would it be easier to take a 9-12 months supply with me + my other meds?
If anyone has experience and know anything, please let me know!

My girlfriend and I, are visiting Corfu in start August and have booked our trip to Palaiokastritsa. I have read that u can take the bus to the destination with an average time of aprox 1 hour. The route from PALLADA_OLD KTEL_CORFU to PALAIOKASTRITSA 7 TERMA
And what does the OUT and IN mean on the website?
Though when I log into the ticket website (https://ktelbus.gr/ker/ticketweb/) I cannot book tickets in advance other than 1 day (tomorrow) and the average travel time is stated as 2 hours and 24 minutes?
If anyone has experienced this route, and overall public transport on Corfu, please write your experiences. All help is appreciated :)

I'm planning to go on a working holiday soon, and one of the things I'm most nervous about is finding a job.
I'm wondering whether it's better to start applying for jobs before I arrive, or if most people wait until they're actually in the country and then begin their job search.
I've heard mixed advice. Some people say employers prefer candidates who are already there and available to start immediately, while others recommend securing work before arriving to reduce stress.
One thing I'd like to add is that I'm not particularly worried about having enough savings. My goal isn't necessarily to make a lot of money during my stay. I mainly hope to find a job that covers my living expenses, so I can break even financially and spend as much time as possible exploring the country and making the most of the experience.
What was your experience? Did you find a job before landing, or did you start looking after you arrived? How long did it take you to find work?

As the title suggests, how much money would a month cost, travelling around in Japan? I am travelling with a friend around the golden route + Kanazawa and Hiroshima, and afterwards settling down in Tokyo for a working holiday experience.

I’m planning a working holiday in Tokyo, and I’m trying to figure out the best area to live in, especially in terms of share houses / social housing.
My budget is roughly around 45,000–85,000 yen a month, and I’m mainly looking for a place with a social environment. Ideally I’d like to live with a mix of people Japanese residents as well as other internationals (e.g. Europeans, Koreans, etc.), to find some new friends under my stay.
Right now, I've been looking at areas Like Urawa, but I’m unsure if they might be a bit too far out in terms of social life and access to central Tokyo. At the same time, I’m wondering whether living somewhere more central like Shinjuku/Arakawa is worth the higher cost (and smaller rooms...)
So I guess my main question are:
I'm trying to balance between price, commute and social life, so I'd really appreciate any insights or personal experiences.
