Huge fan of this franchise, and I am sad they decided to eradicate the existence of 28 Weeks Later as it was absolutely fantastic..with that being said, what did you think of the newer 2 movies? I struggled with the first 28 weeks, but The Bone Temple was a masterpiece. Opinions?
I have just snagged this Strawberry Shortcake VHS online for £1, absolutely loved Strawberry Shortcake as a kid. Can't wait for it to come!
So happy with my latest pickup, a lady was giving these away for free today along with Child's play 1 and 2, The Craft and few others but those were moldy. Will try and restore them as I hate throwing away VHS! Very happy 😊
Hi guys, I've just been given a number of great horror titles.. unfortunately most of them are mouldy. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to clean mouldy tapes by hand and get them back in working order please? I'm thinking of buying a tape cleaner from ebay but stuck until I get paid so thought I might try doing it by hand before I can acquire a professional one! Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I despise throwing away VHS 😂 thank you!
This is what horrors I've managed to snag after 5 weeks of collecting, still a lot to get yet but very happy with the ones I've managed to find up to now! Would love to see your horror collections too!
Hi guys! Ive had 2 videos now that haven't worked on my TV/video combi.. Police Academy 6 and The Gate! Someone mentioned a tracking issue and I've tried adjusting the tracking as best I can on this and nothing:( the picture has improved slightly but its still flickering like mad! Really gutted as I wanted to watch The Gate for the first time but cant get it to work. Is this fixable or should I just give up? Ive had over 80 tapes and none of them had this issue. Dawn of the dead (2004) did this and I was able to adjust tracking and get it right but these two movies are having none of it! Any help would be appreciated please!
Please forgive me, I was born in 1998 and unfortunately missed out on peak cinema. Whilst I do love collecting VHS and enjoy a lot of 80's and 90's horror, it seems there's a LOT of great titles I've never heard of or watched. So with that being said, does anyone rate this movie? I was given it in a bundle I got and have never heard of it..
Does anyone know anything about this tape? Or does anyone remember seeing this on TV as a kid? Was given it in a bundle and have no idea what it is!
Anyone here from UK? I have some VHS here I'm wanting to sell on but I'm also after quite a few so thought trading would be a cool idea if I had anything others might want? Unsure if theres many from UK in here though as needing PAL format VHS! New to collecting VHS and it's my favorite hobby ever, this is my collection up to now after 5 weeks. Harder to find VHS in shops in the UK as most charity shops don't even take VHS anymore, so I've had some luck on Vinted and found most of these on there and by asking family members if they still have any of theirs. My two favorites out of what I've collected (up to now) are 28 Days Later and Almost Famous! After so much more horror but they are pricey online, so biding my time! I also have Shaun of the dead and Dawn of the dead 2004 remake on the way! Need to get a decent set up and on display!
