Something good happened recently
Well.... I recently joined a gym ( 1.5 months ago..) and today I noticed a 2kg reduction which actually made my day happy. Athu water weight ahh kuda irukalam... I don't know... But athu paatha aprom I felt like... I need this even more and ippo gym ku poga ve oru extra excitement and discipline Iruku..
I know that only in the gym you can't reduce your weight... Proper diet or food discipline irukanum, nalla thuukam irukanum( I sleep from 9.30 to 6).... I wasn't fully avoiding junk ... Yennala muduncha alavuku avoid pannen and nowadays I got used to it. 😌😌😌😌.

I just wanted to post this and not brag about things.... I think I am quite happy to hit the gym and try to become fit or at least healthy.
