As per picture, I saw a moose, I tried to reach it but was impossible to go uphill. The terrain isn't even steep, yet nor my character nor my dumbass horse were able to walk on it, keep sliding downhill. i tried to ride all around without any luck and the moose disappeared too!

Hello, probably very noobish questions but I would love some clarifications please.
I was thinking to give "loontouched" to my Throggboss. "Effect: if this unit is not a wizard, it has Wizard (1)"
So with the throggboss I would be able to cast 1 spell or banish 1 time per turn, correct? If that is the case, would make sense to pick Malevolent Moon in support of the army?
Or can I use it for cast "bad portents"?
Also also, the effect of both Malevolent Moon and Loonshrine is that in the 12" area around them the Gloospites gets the benefit of the Bad Moon as if it was full, correct?
