What do I do for spots like this? I feel like nats are appearing hovering over my grass. I stopped watering for a few days..... I planted these last month. Do I add fertilizer or any type of nutrients?

But I don't want to spend 6000 on cameras installed.. I live in a very old(1925) colonial/tudor type home. Can I connect a door bell first then add cameras as I go? It will take me a while to run the wires but I'll feel better if I can take my time rather than run a bunch of cat6 wires like a chicken with no head. Also best to run through soffit or brick? I don't know where to begin but I do know I want unify set up. Thanks in advance.
