Given the apparent/assumed release this year, would it be worth getting a hosas set for the game?

Was considering to get a vkb set this black Friday.

If I want to test fly the ironclads, should I buy the sub now? Or can I buy it a day before the patch?

Or is it too late?

Also, if I wanted to get the June flair as well when should I buy one month sub?
