I just opened a kotak 811 virtual account last week and not using much, but today I have transferred some funds from my another bank account to this account of around 33.9k something.

And then I do a transaction of credit card repay from this bank of 30.6k and then after 2 min i received a message that:

"Dear customer, Rs. 26000 is on hold in Kotak A/c XXXXXXXX due to recent activity. Funds are safe & will be released in 72 hours. Need help? Call 18004100. T&C"

And then I checked on kotak bank balance is zero..

please help Update: i contacted with kotak customer care and they told me that this lien is for review purpose for your account safety and will be removed in 72 hours.
