Where did we go wrong?

Edit: some replies urged me to clear a small misunderstanding which is, I do not consider stutter, nervousness bad, I understand the pressure which is why I try to break the ice with some joke about the weather etc to put them at ease and mention that this is just a conversation between two people, I never discuss technical skills in first call unless they mention it as a part of their introduction.

I occupy a position in an international company that allows me to hire people that are fit to work with us in biology field.

(Name off for security purposes)

I spent the last month interviewing at least 40 candidates for a position and I find myself sad after every interview!

Despite their high education literally 99% have masters + degrees yet cannot form a single good sentence to describe their education or work experience.

Lacking manners to present themselves or formal speech?? Late to interviews or never showing up

They text me like im their best friend? Street language in interviews.

Absolutely disrespectful behavior towards the interview ( its a 20min video call the least you could do for the job you applied for is to sit down be presentable in a calm place)

I interviewed for position from juniors to seniors, I swear i hired like 4 people that displayed good behavior and professionalism OUT OF 40? ARE WE FOR REAL GUYS?

I talked to recruiter friends and they are having this issue, least you could do is look up how to prepare for an interview but i feel like we are lacking in that department as hellllll.

Thanks for letting me vent :(

Tasked with helping my company get a SOC2

As the title says, recently my position at my company changed and I was tasked to take care of few certifications. First one was training for SOC2 etc so we can file for it.

My question is what am I expecting? How to prepare for it and is there a good career in this field?

🙃❤️
