Prelaw high school activities

Hi!
One of my close friends who is of a Nigerian background and immigrated 2 years ago wants to major in law. She is currently a junior in high school and wants to know what she can do to write a solid application as an intended law major.

I asked which classes she’s taking as well as her extracurriculars but it seems she has nothing related to law. Additionally, she is taking regular classes for all courses besides Spanish 2 honors in senior year. Her only extracurricular was BSU which is Black Student Union.

As a friend I want to see her win. However, since my intended major path is completely different than hers (West Point target), I’m unsure of what advice may be helpful as she is going into senior year, and also is not fully fluent in English. I did recommend joining student gov or mock trial, entering the John Locke competition with a focus on law, tutoring basic English to Nigerians in her community, or creating a nonprofit that donates to Nigerians with a focus on human rights advocacy.

Please let me know some possible recs, it would be greatly appreciated !!
