I am pretty excited to get this phone and managed to take part in the Kickstarter, however I'm finding some people's emotional attachment to getting this phone quite alarming. People describing "stress" and "panic" over a whole host of things, including their money not being collected yet - it's bizarre. Even IF something did go wrong and I didn't get charged or receive the phone (which is very unlikely in the first place), life goes on.

Chill.

After seeing something on Joybuy that was a bargain price, I decided to give it a go after seeing it was supposed to be a legit company.

I bought the item and it was marked as shipped the following day.

a DPD notification said they received the order details, but not the package yet.

No updates. JB Customer service then said they were contacting DPD but after 1 week, there was still no shipping update.

They don'y know where the package is, and DPD are missing in action.

They told me they couldn't refund the order because it had already been dispatched.

WHERE?

Quite literally a mystery.

The fact that the courier is MIA but they say I can't get a refund because the item is in shipment - even if this is resolved eventually - the damage is already done in terms of customer experience.

I usually like orange phones, but something doesn't quite work with an orange/white keyboard. Black it is.
