Because of this, some people think I'm Muslim and that I dye my beard. It has become uncomfortable enough that I've started shaving my beard.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any treatment for naturally reddish or brown beard hair?

My beard has a mix of brown, copper, and ginger hairs, but I can't grow a full beard like other people. My sister has a lot of auburn hair. But my mom also has a few copper colored hairs. Both of my parents are Sinhalese. Is it possible for Sinhalese people to naturally have this hair color?
