I want to get 64GB of RAM and the 2*32 options is more than purchasing two 2*16GB RAM. I saw people say that 4 stick can be slow and buggy but does it really matter that much?

I cannot create a apple id with my email and I can"t add it to an existing one. Recovering my password is also not working. So is this email linked to an apple id or not??? or did they just block it for trying too many times? Apple is so confusing
