Legendary Tales: if I buy the DLC and start a new game, do I have access to the new book/ring/staff weapons from the start?

The game and dlc are both on sale rn. I already have the game and know it recently got a huge overhaul with increased move speed etc. Wanna pick up the dlc and wondering if I just delete my save and start a new one, how long before I can try the new weapons/skills?

Titan Isles bug? Can't pick any mission, just says mission is available but can't board ship, so permanently stuck in hub.

Was loving the game but now I just can't play it at all. Seems like I might have to just start a new save and level my suits up again?

I know it's not for everyone but I want that chaos. I only have the psvr2 and it just feels like I'm missing out on a massive part of the vr experience.

Let's just appreciate this feeling of having someone listening to your concerns for a minute. Don't take it for granted, ya know? I'm not even on the cutting edge of this game, so every improvement is basically icing on the cake. Actually, icing is mostly just sugar. These improvements are like hearty, nutritious fruit added onto the delicious meals we are building ourselves.

Thank you, Pearl Abyss. It's a cool thing you're building. Fun to experience!

We all see the layoffs everywhere, yet more games are being made than ever? Studio numbers are shrinking. With ai creeping into every other aspect of our lives, are studios/those who oversee them simply switching gears now that so much data is at hand?
