Horrendous night. My wife and I have a goal of moving out of our city by 2028 since the schools are considered poor, but last night has shifted that up to pre-4th 2027. Launching until 4 am.
Anyway, where’s my coffee
Scheduled a car detailing appointment in the beginning of May, but the company: forgot about my first appointment; sent someone late to my second and had to leave because they didn't have all necessary equipment; and then their backup took over 6 hours and didn't fully finish.
Been waiting for them to send a bill, and at that point I was going to discuss a reduction in price to the tier at which work was completed, or just leave bad reviews and move on.
However, its been nothing almost a month later. Is it on me to follow up?
