M28 150lb 5’7”

What are some things I should prioritize for the next 3 months? Currently programming my days out like: arms, anterior leg, chest & back, and then posterior leg. I push most if not all sets to failure with 1 - 3 minutes of rest in between sets and shooting for the sweet spot 8-12 reps, if I go under I drop weight if I go above I add weight. I would like to get my body in shape to compete in a natural bodybuilding competition.
