I’ve only had the game for a week now, and I’m so glad to see they’ve done some really great things old games lacked. Tell me what you guys think.

We work in ‘The Backrooms’

Those artificial walls that separate ballrooms. The endless hallways we walk down to set up break out rooms. More than anything, loading in at a time where massive conventions centers or resorts or complexes are devoid of any other active engagement.

New Alpine Type R 12” pre-enclosed with Alpine s-a60M amp demo.

So I did a ton of research before buying this setup. This is the first time in about 15 years I’ve done a car audio upgrade. To be honest, I haven’t had a car in about 15 years. Just didn’t need one. Due to new job, I did. 2008 BMW 328 sedan, had the Logic system in it with two underfloor subwoofers. Sounded pretty good honestly. But I’m an audio guy and needed more. I used to build my own boxes, go to local car audio stores, buy some cheap subwoofers and amps that were rated higher than Mount Everest. Now, being quite a lot older and being able to afford it, I decided to go with brands I’ve always wished I could afford, and again, after a lot of research landed on a single Type R rated for 750 watts RMS, and an Alpine amp rated for 600. Honestly, Two 12’s that I bought off a nondescript dealer, in a perfectly built box, that I’d done by hand don’t even come close to comparing. Yes my two Wolfenhags pushed more SPL. But oh my good golly. The clarity, the purity, the balance… unreal. 2500 watts rms rated Wolfenhags x2, were loud. But this single Type R is loud and everything else. AND I’m under powering it. Pioneer head unit, high pass filter for all the stock BMW speakers including the small factory subs with a high pass filter from the Pioneer so they aren’t overworked. Sub handles the rest brilliantly. Didn’t mean for this to be so long winded, but here it is.
