Got My first Pairs (Plus My Brother's Dog)

I was talking to my friend about the hobby and how I was thinking of getting into it and he ended up buying me a couple pairs from Walmart of all places (only $6 in total).
The smaller pair had a bit of rot or dirt or something in a little hole, but I was able to dig it all out with a needle. The one of the larger ones has 3 hairline cracks at the base, but I'm not gonna worry over it given the price.
Posting these here to have images to look back on, I've only been using them for a couple weeks. I'm really looking forward to see how they develop. I already want to get more, but I'm going to relax and use these pairs to make mistakes with and learn from first.

Bathroom Harassment

I went out drinking tonight with a coworker and I went to the mens bathroom tonight and had my first real experience with harassment/social rejection. I’m still not openly out with my coworkers and I still feel uncomfortable going into the women’s bathroom so I thought I was playing it safe. Granted I was dressed more femme than I usually do when in boy mode, but I really caught the ire of most of the guys in the bathroom. I was told i was in the wrong bathroom, called a tranny, questioned about what was in my pants and I’ve never felt more depersonalized in my life. I feel really disheartened and the reality of my transition is really settling in. This whole situation sucked and put a real damper on my night, but it really gave me even more appreciation for how strong all of you are, and I’m so proud to say I’m apart of your community!
