Anyone who experienced false labor, what does it actually feel like? I am now 38 weeks pregnant and I was wondering if any of you in this group have an experience of false labor in your pregnancy.

Kindly share🙏

Last weeks in subpregnancy

I started my 38th week of my subpregnancy after my TFMR in April 2025. I am beyond greatful I made it this far and I don't want to complain.

However, I am finding it very difficult to manage my anxiety in this last weeks. Although my Doctor keeps telling me everything looks fine, my brain keeps creating all possible negative scenarios. I didn't even prepare a proper hospital bag because I am very very scared to even look at babies clothes.

I wonder any of you in your final weeks of subpregnany, what's helping you manage you anxiety?

I am almost starting my 36th week in my subpregnancy. I honestly can't believe I made it this far after my traumatic TFMR experience on April, 2025.

So far, after my fisrt trimester everything has been healthy except the extreme anxiety I feel everytime I see an ultrasound.

Today I started feeling this sharp pain on a specific area of my left side of my lower belly. The pain comes when I try to walk or stand and disappears when I sleep. My doctor mentioned that since the baby is already head down, the pressure can have different kinds of pains can be felt on my lower belly. But the pain does not seem to go away.

I wonder has anyone experience this kind of thing in their pregnancy? Kindly share

Thank you
