hello, since my lepedema started to become symptomatic i have notice a real global change of all my body.

I don’t know how to explain but i think that i have nodules everywhere.
it first start with some weird feeling in my face and every time i was looking at me at the mirror i was like « something has change but idk what »
my face looked always puffy and i had the feeling that i had water in my cheeks.

Then i started to touch my chin, my jaw to try to figure what really happen there

that is when i started to notice that, yes, what i feel may be nodules. it is the same feeling that nodules in my legs and arms. Juste like little grain rice all over my neck and jaw

I really don’t know what to do. and i know for people who dont know me that they couldn’t see the difference.
But from the inside it is very difficult to explain.

I wish that all this nodules could go away, all this inflammation water retention…

There must be a solution…
i can’t leave all my life with this feeling that all my fat is something external to me, this fat is like a parasite who live his own life inside me
It’s making me crazy actually.

hello ,i have lipedema all over my body (painfuls nodules everywhere) and i will have surgery on arms and legs (maybe belly)

I’ve been thinking about microdosing mounjaro to manage inflammation and pain since my lipedema is in areas where surgery is not possible.

I am thin so i don’t want to lose weight.

Did some of you micro dose for lipedema and have noticed some effets on the tissu, the inflammation and the nodules themselves.

I want feedback about pain and lipedema fat and not a positive effect on lipedema has a consequence of weight loss!!

Hello iam trying to find what triggered my lepedema at first
(i apologize for my long story time)

Basically i thing i have pcos since my puberty in 2019. i start to have really bad acne and more and more hirsutism with time. (ive been diagnosed in 2023) I’ve always had my periods, and no sign of lepedema at all. Thin legs with no cellulite, no pain.
But i do remember in my childhood the need of sometimes put a pillow under my legs at night because of « heavy legs » but always disappear in the morning.
I start pills in 2023 and took the same pills for almost 3 years. No sign of lepedema but i do notice some changes in my body like less capacity to build some muscles

last décember i took like 5 kilos in 2 months. But it was different that my past weight gain. It was very sudden and for no reason, i was eating the same way.

I stop pills in february and then i lost this 5 kilos with calorie deficit but again, my legs always look weird even when my regular weight came back.

Then in june everything got worse. I start to feel pain and swelling in my legs, then in my arms and … lipedema because symptomatic

So here i am. Try to manage a lipedema with a pcos that is coming back (hirsutism grassy hairs…) with high androgen levels (which i know do not help for lepedema).

I am thinking, do i have to go back on pills to regulate my hormones, do i have to completely forget about pills and stay with my pcos that iam trying to manage the same as lipedema…

i don’t know what is the best situation for my body and for my lipedema to not getting worse

Maybe some of you can share they experience/similar story to help me

Hello, i have a problem because i succeeded to manage my lepedema in my legs with compression, massage… there are better now, less swelling pain

But i have also lipedema in my lower back my sides and my belly that i can’t manage.

I don’t know what to dos because it is very painful
even thought of surgery for my lower back, sides and belly because it is so painful.

Hi everyone, first i would like to apologize for my english i am french

ive been diagnosed with lipedema stage 1. the problem is that i have painful nodules all over my body (legs of course, arms, chest, belly, neck and even jaw and face)
I’m not overweight but i’ve read a lot of promising researchers about mounjaro and the effect on inflammation.
Iam young i’m sportive, i eat well anti inflammatory (because of my pcos) i wear compression, i do whatever its possible to do to manage pain and inflammation.

i consider surgery but for the part of my body that can’t have surgery it is very complicated.

I would love to collect all the feedback of the use of mounjaro to manage inflammation, maybe decrease of the nodules themselves, water retention,

EVERYTHING that can help me to understand the effect of this treatment on the lipedema itself and not the effect as a consequence of weight loss
