Anyone used hot mist humidifier in summer?

Where I live its dry in both summer and winter, and we need a humidifier all year round.
Was hoping to get a hot mist humidifier, but unsure weather they are good for summers?

I have been buying baby diapers Huggies from winners and carrefour. But it is costing me a lot to buy per month. Is there any wholesale place where I can buy in bulk for cheaper?
