What are these pests I found in store bought plant when repotting?

I was repotting a store bought plant out of the stores soil, and this worm looking little one was in the soil? But it jumps, and there was a bunch of baby ones in the soil too. I just did a regular repot on the plants, but have no idea what this could be.
Plant bought in Utah.

How do I know if my airplant needs water?

I bought my first airplant yesterday, and I have done some research but am somehow still confused.
I don't know when the shop last soaked/watered it. And am unsure on exactly what signs to look for. Any ideas/advice?

Why is my potted grass so droopy?

It did get repotted into this pot a week ago, do I just need to wait for it to fully settle?
It is a chunk from my lawn, been slowly adjusting it to my watering schedule still.

Is being delusional really that bad if it somewhat improves my life?

I am aware my identity is technically "delusional".

but if somehow, someway, one day I just "snap out of it" or suddenly feel extremely unvalid and believe I am not myself, it would wreck everything about me.

I've gone through alot that's built this identity. and even though it's somewhat "harmful" and very difficult, I believe I couldn't exist any other way.

(not harmful to others, or anything like that. "harmful" to myself)

I'm not wording it right, but everyone around me just seems to want everyone to think in reality, or what they think is reality.

I have my own reality, and feeling forced into a shape that isn't me. has only messed up my life further.

so if it's not hurting anyone else, is it really as bad as others say?

My therapist told me something that seems somewhat unhealthy. I Need other opinions/Advice?

ive had the same therapist for over a year now, and sessions have been getting a bit more unhelpful over time. which i assume is exspected.

one of the main problems, is that I am not getting any better. my mental health has actually been declining more and more.

a few sessions ago i was talking about the burnout of struggling with mental health for over 6 years now, and always feeling that me being stressed, or struggling is not valid anymore because I have “the skills i need to get better”, though alot of the things ive tried to talk about to him, never get an actual answer. i am a person who needs examples to truly understand things, and my therapist knows that. i ask for examples, or ideas on how i could go about dealing with somethin. im open enough that examples can be simple and like less than half related to me, i just need examples and help brainstorming.

though he seems to just talk in circles, give loose opinions, or just misunderstand my request, i ask again, reword, or try my best to get my point acros. but it never seems to work. our sessions feel unproductive most of the time, but im scared of trying to get another therapist as my schedule requires specific times and days. also, im scared of having to completely start over with another therapist.

now, as i was talking about the burnout and invalidation for the longevity of my experience, he said something along the lines of,

your always going to be struggling, with one thing or another. and your going to have to accept that, if nothings working. your going to have to accept you‘ll always struggle to even just tolerate life. and you’ll have to accept that its going to be that way.

i cant remember it exactly, but the way it came across was that i had to accept that i would always be struggling, accept that ill never be happy. And, if i just accepted it. Stopped fighting it, i’d just off myself. Because im going to feel that way no matter what i do.

i have decent radical acceptance. and i think i understand what he was trying to say? But it came across that based on what he knew about me, i could not get better. And i was just going to have to accept that fact.

im am somewhat a literal thinker, and i do have black-and-white thinking for some things, but i dont think being told. Ill always be ill, and thats just a facw ill have to accept. Is not the best idea to put into my head, again. If i accepted it the way i feel he describes it, i’d be dead.

my eyes literally started to water as i say there with a confused expression on my face as i kept asking him to reword it, and telling him i didnt understand. As i was trying to disprove the way it came across in my prospective.

im struggling to find the right way to word it here, but it did hurt. And i waited a few more sessions to see if anything changed.

i dont trust him enough to tell him my bigger truama, or whats the main-main thing thats really effectinf my mental health. He keeps telling me to drop my walls, but im slowly starting to feel.. the closed word is disgusted? not at my therapist, but just what i feel surrounding the sessions.

anyone have any suggestions, or other prospectives for this situation?
Or could someone maybe explain what you guys think he meant a little better?

Thank you for reading my rant.

How do other nonhumans cope with "human tasks"?

I am not a human in any way, shape or form. but I do know I kinda have to take care of this human body even if it's not mine.

more often recently all the "human-spesific" tasks or responsibilities have been making me more uncomfortable and upset.

things like schoolwork, doctor visits, grocery shopping, and even hygiene has become annoying and upseting.

I still keep up for the most part, but my well-being, mood, and how I function is starting to be effected.

I don't know why it's only gotten harder to deal with (may be the increase of medical needs over the past few months)

but does anyone have any ways/ideas on coping with this? or a different perspective on how I could look at it? thanks!

please no you/your/yourself ^^

Question(s?)

hello, I'm completely new here.

and I didn't know there was so many beings/creatures similar to me!

but I need opinions on weather something is valid or not/suggestions/acknowledgement.

I am a Canine.

I've been called a therian, Otherkin, furry, Ect

but I do not identify with any of those terms, I'm simply and straightforwardly a canine.

physically, biologically, mentally, phycolical, all of it. I am a canine.

I am aware I "have a human body" I just kinda refuse to accept that. delusional or not.

I feel species and gender dysphoria strongly.

Other thing: And am really considering being Trans species, but is there a term like that but "Trans" to your REAL species? Because I would just be "physically" Trans species. As I would "transition" to my actual self. Idk if I'm explaining this properly.

And I don't want to open up to ANYONE about this because I'm scared I'll be harmed or targeted or called insane or something.

Is it valid to feel this way? Am I just being over dramatic?

I'm also struggling to explain my identity fully, because it's VERY complex. Ive written over 23 pages in Google docs trying to explain it. but I think that's because what I actually am is incomperhenceable(Idk how to spell)

but my species is genuinely incoherent and unable to be explained properly with any words, sounds, shapes, Ect.

any suggestions?

please excuse any bad Grammer/bad text setup, and over explaining. (it's how my brain works)

! please no you/your/you're/yourself. replace with plural, canine terms, or my name (Cory)

thanks! ^^
