Picked up this Aspinal of London Classic today Laptop case for my 16” MacBook Pro after quite some research. They also have an option to personalize it by embossing your initials.
Honestly, this feels like the only right premium option. It is clean, slim, luxurious, and practical for daily carry.
I picked up the Switch 2 (Mario Kart bundle) along with the dbrand Killswitch everything kit, including the Killswitch case, travel cover, screen protector, Joy-Lock grips, and Joy-Lock Controller Holder. I mainly play handheld, so I wanted something that gives the console better protection and makes it more comfortable to hold.
dbrand does not ship directly to my country, so I had to use a freight forwarder to get it here. It took extra time and added some hassle, but honestly, it was worth the wait.
Just got the LV Dopp Kit in green Monogram Shadow calf leather as purchase #3.
I already have an LV wallet and recently got the Passport Cover in blue Monogram Shadow, which made me really like the feel of the leather. Since I didn’t have a toiletry pouch, the Dopp Kit felt like a useful next pickup.
Now comes the big question... what should I add next?

This is more of a luxury daily/travel carry with standard essentials plus a slightly overqualified Ferragamo bag to hold it all.
Also, yes, there are one too many cardholders/wallets. I (sometimes) rotate them depending on the day. Can’t say the same for my audio situation, though.
What is your single favorite luxury item in your EDC?
I have always loved my leather pieces, and this passport cover just looked too good to skip.
Very soft calf leather, clean navy finish, and the white/blue LV details give it a nice travel feel.

Right now, workers often come out to the cars to take orders. I understand it is convenient for customers, but in Qatar’s summer heat, it feels unfair. Most of us are sitting inside our cars with AC, while the workers have to keep walking outside in the heat.
Some shops are also very hot inside even with AC, so I am not saying this should apply to every single place. But for the shops where the staff are already dealing with the heat, I think customers should go and place the order themselves.
Convenience does not have to come at the expense of people who are already working in tough conditions.
Also, feel free to share other everyday situations where small changes could make life easier for working-class people, especially during the summer heat.

The bark-textured leather, sfumato finish, and lock-and-key detail give it a really distinctive old-school travel feel without being too loud. I also love how structured it is compared to most soft duffles, the defined shape makes it look much more put-together while still being convenient for short trips.

Got a Montblanc 149 weekender bag recently, and the dustbag stitching felt pretty underwhelming.
The inside seam has a lot of loose threads coming out, much more than I’d expect from a brand at this level. It doesn’t look like the main stitch line is fully failing, but the inner fabric edge seems poorly finished. Compared with dustbags I’ve had from LV and Aspinal, this feels noticeably sloppier.
Has anyone else had Montblanc dustbags with messy internal stitching or lots of loose threads? And would this make you question the actual quality of Montblanc bags/leather goods, or is this just a dustbag/packaging QC issue?
Couldn't find a lot of people buying MB weekender bags on here. Does anyone have experience with this (Ident. No.: 220268) or similar weekender bags? How is the quality of materials? It looks fantastic to me.
Also, does anyone have experience ordering from the Montblanc Cannes boutique website?
Can a guy use this Keepall 45 (Product id: M45532)? I have been told that apparently, the empreinte leather is mostly used in women's collections. Although the LV website has it under the men's section, I just wanted to make sure it isn't a mistake.
