Please recommend me a populated Mud with a great economoy, exploration, community, and non-combat activities

Been playing MUDs for something like 30 years now and honestly feel like I've been through most of the big well-known ones at this point. Looking for something that still has people on it and isn't just combat grinding.

Requirements/preferences:

  • Actually populated - like 15+ online during slow hours, 30+ at peak
  • Real player-driven economy, not just vendor trash
  • Crafting and non-combat stuff that matters
  • World feels alive, lots of interaction with the environment and other players
  • Emphasis on exploration
  • Prefer Skill-based or open progression, not rigid classes/levels

Basically trying to find something close to UO Outlands but as a MUD. If anything comes to mind let me know, even if it's not a perfect match.

Thanks vm for your help!

My [42M] wife [47F] no longer wants to be intiment with me and it hurts.

So we've had our difficultie ovr the last 10 years but there was always a passion burning underneath it all to keep us going. Snapshot of our life; lately I've been dealing with personal issues (adolescent molestation trauma) I'm finally seeking therapy on, while she's going through peri menopause. We are both taking on more challenging roles at work (we both are full-time) - we have two kids to care for/juggle extra curriculars, and we are mutually caring for our aging parents (two of which live with us). It's a lot.

What she's doing right now hurts so much. I can't stand to be in the same room as her right now, anger, pain, sadness. It's been about four weeks of this, but it got really bad when she left for a week to take care of her ailing mother while I took care of the house and kids by myself.

When she got back, she met us at the lake that we were hanging at with our friends, beforehand she explained that she would greet her friends and the kids first. She gave her friends the biggest hugs and smiley greetings - then she explained that the reason for her distance was that she felt "our communication was poor" and if we wanted to fix our relationship she required we do therapy.

I know I haven't been the best partner in the world, I'm 2 years sober, and I know I've put her through some shit, and I know I can improve, and so can she. She'll say things like "I want this to work, but I won't be with you until we fix this". Meawhile her total lack of intimacy and being cold around me, in front of our friends and kids makes me want leave and never come back, but also makes me feel desperate to fix things. It's such a complicated feeling for me.

I've been sleeping in another room but I'd rather be on the other side of the world with the way I'm feeling around her right now.

By now, in the past, we would've had a heart to heart, patch things up, and get on with life, but this time is different. I'm in panic mode. I don't know what to do.

She's supposed to be my support, she was always the stronger one, the anchor in our relationship. But she won't let us emotionally support eachother right now and frankly I don't know if I can do this without her. I feel like I've lost my compass.

What should I do?

TLDR: My wife has been emotionally/physically distancing herself for four weeks and I'm spinning out.
