I’ve been talking to a chat bot for over an hour trying to get to a live agent. They said that the last customer only waited 30 minutes. Then I waited another hour for the agent to respond and then leave.

I’m trying to login to the PlayStation app, but can’t because I don’t have a phone number anymore, and I can’t contact support without logging into the PlayStation website. I can’t bypass the 2 step verification because the backup codes are missing. When I click on the 2 step verification there’s only a QR code for logging into PlayStation website, but I still need the backup codes to log into the website. I’m stuck in a loop of 2 step verification🫩
