They aren't giving me any flack about RMA'ing it, but I'm out a couple weeks for shipping and it's annoying. I know sometimes shit happens, but am I just unlucky or is this a known issue with these?

I'd like to get my existing house retrofitted with Cat-6 but everyone I contact only does commercial or new housing developments. Anyone have a good contact? Want them to be C-7 Certified and able to certify, not just test, the lines. Thanks!
