Should I buy 2 Mowers

Looking for some opinions on what mower I should get and if I should buy two.
Yard is relatively small. 65' x 120'. Between the house all the landscaping, the concrete, and the pool I figure I only have about 3500-4000 sqft (370m) of actual grass.

Yard is mostly flat, all garden beds are edged, I have chain-link fence on both sides of the yard. There is a 4' gate on the left-hand side, and another 3' gate on the right side that is the width of the sidewalk. Other things I've been factoring into my decision, heavy tree cover, from a bird's eye view the front yard is almost not viable through the trees. The back on the left is pretty open but the massive tree in the back covers at least 30% of the back yard. There is no pathway from the front yard to the back that does not involve a gate. The 4' of fence to the right of the small gate has a juniper hedgerow blocking, the 3' to the right of the large gate has landscaping on one side and my AC compressor on the other side.

I originally was looking at the Luba 2/3, but its overkill, then a Navimow i210 AWD, then I thought with the tree cover and all the landscaping I might need the LiDAR?. The gate that segway makes looks really cool and would allow it to move front to back. however, because i don't have any fence for it to passthrough, it would require me to modify my chain-link gate on the left side. Its also $450. That got me thinking, would I just be better off buying TWO Navimow i206 AWD. I could keep one in each yard, and they are on sale for $849. So two is cheaper than the Luba, and also cheaper than the Navimow Lidar and MowGate, and just $200 more than the i210 and Mowgate.

I'm open to any suggestions. I checked out Sunseeker X3 which is on sale for $899. Maybe one of each (x3 and i206) and compare.

A boundary wire is out of the question. I'd prefer not to have to mount an RTX antenna if I can avoid it but if that is the best way to keep this thing out of my landscaping and the road I'll do it. I'm finding that most of the mowers made for small yards lack a lot of features which is expected I suppose. Maybe I'm overthinking the tree coverage being and issue or if my yard would be considered complex or not.
