Does anyone have real world experience with this lens?

I’m traveling to Paris with a Canon R6 MIII and I’d like to bring one lens. All of my lenses to date a Canon L’s. I found the Tamron 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC VXD Lens (Canon RF). It’s a good price. I would love to hear any reviews from people who have experience with this lens. Thanks in advance!

What lens should I buy for a trip to Paris?

Hello! I am a former portrait, wedding, and commercial product photographer. I took a break and now back at it focusing on pets, agility, some wildlife. I have never done any street or architecture with any kind of focus but very interested in learning.

My current gear includes a R6 MIII, 24-70 2.8L and a 70-200 2.8L Z. These lenses are fantastic but I would like something more compact and I would also only like to take one lens and a sling bag.

I was thinking about the 35 1.4L or 1.8 Macro or the 15-35 2.8L. I think I like the idea of getting a little extra wide capability. Love to hear everyone’s thoughts!
