Got to the service menu to see the run time this is not a very long time guess I got lucky this was an open box I bought from Best Buy didn’t mention it in post name

Who has lots of knowledge about open box items
I purchased a tv open box fair condition when I arrived to the store to see my item no one was helpful at all they wheeled it out tv was completely bubble wrapped with no tv stand no remote or power cord to even see if it turned on thus was right when the store opened I went to see it but as I said before no was wanting to help
