Can anyone recommend a few water taxi companies just in case the ferries become a hassle😅

My poor wife has not stopped itching since January, I’ve taken her to countless dermatologist and they just give her an allergy shot once a month plus she’s on Pepcid and 2 Allegra a day. She’s 43 and I just want to see if there is anything I can do for her I feel so bad for her.
