I made a post on here a few weeks ago looking for friends and I received a lot more replies than I thought I would! I was trying to balance everything and meet up with everyone who sent me a message but some fell through the cracks (apologies). However what I gathered is there are plenty of people in Lakewood and the surrounding areas that are looking to make some friends and meet new people.

So I figured the easiest thing to do is just have an open invite to a bar in Lakewood sometime this week (probably Wednesday evening 8/12). Feel free to send me a DM if you’re interested or we can just have an open discussion in the comments!

I am 26M and most of the people who reached out were in a similar age range. My original post is up on my profile if anyone wants to know more about me!

I also got several replies asking for another time, so I’d be happy to organize more gatherings if this one is a success (will send updates if that is the case)!

I’m driving from Cleveland to Detroit tomorrow morning August 5 if anyone needs a ride

Hello all - I (26M) am relatively new to the Cleveland area. I currently have my own place near Lakewood and am just looking to make friends. I love playing tennis, disc golfing, swimming, going to the bar, traveling, cooking, watching movies, and learning new languages (I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese, but I would like to learn another one or two). I typically work Monday-Friday 9 to 5 but that sometimes changes and I travel a lot for work as well. I am in a relationship but she works in a restaurant so she’s working most evenings and weekends which means most of the time when I’m not at work I’m free.

I see a lot of posts suggesting joining a social group, but with the traveling for work it would be hard to remain consistent. Idk I guess if anyone has any better suggestions let me know or if anyone is in the same boat looking for friends just DM me.

I’ll be driving August 1st from Cleveland to Western Ohio (Lima area) in the morning and likely returning either that same evening or the next morning. Offering a ride if anyone needs (also will be passing through Ashland, Mansfield, Upper Sandusky, etc.)
