Hi, so I recently brought a shield. Pretty sure it's the 2015 version. It came with an original controller, and all good. Except, when I play any game within the geforce now app, I can't speak to anyone. Or, at least, they can't hear me. I've checked permission in the shield app for mic use, and also made sure in the In-game GFN overlay via the start button. I use the hyperX headset, plugged into the controller.

I've checked that the mic works on my other console, and it does.

Interesting(to me anyway), someone on Arma reforger said that they could see my mic was activated, but couldn't hear me, and also when playing Arc Raiders, it doesn't say "mic not detected", but when performing a mic test in that game, I hear nothing. Any ideas? Many thanks.
