My son brought it home from school last Monday, and it’s taken all week to make its way through the whole house. It’s truly gross: hours of vomiting, and just when you think it’s over... nope, it starts coming out the other end. It’s awful. My kids, my husband, and I have all been laid low by this virus.
Besides, some coworkers and friends have been having a hard time too. So, there’s definitely something going around.
Literalmente me estoy aferrando a la vida en este momento. Este virus, con diferencia, es la peor maldita enfermedad que he experimentado en mi vida. Empecé con síntomas el viernes por la tarde. No pude dormir nada, a pesar de estar completamente agotada y débil, haciendo viajes constantes al baño, y también empecé a vomitar temprano el sábado por la mañana. Ahora mi esposo está lidiando con lo mismo.
¿Alguien más ha vivido esta enfermedad o conocen a gente que se haya infectado por ella? Me está destrozando un montón; desde el viernes por la tarde ya he ido al baño fácil 50 veces. Esto es lo que se siente el infierno. Ayer, como al mediodía, tuve una fiebre de 103, bajó a temperatura normal y luego al día siguiente volvió a subir a 102 como al mediodía. Esto es horrible y no se lo deseo a nadie.
My roommate was dealing with the flu last week. It started with a sore throat, and they're still dealing with a lingering cough.
Now I've been exhausted and sick for the past five days with a fever, a completely stuffed-up nose, and a ton of mucus.
On top of that, several people at my university have been sick for days too, so it definitely feels like something is going around.
Anyone else dealing with this right now, or with something else?
