I’m a SPC, and my MOS is 91D, so definitely not a language MOS.

I speak Hindi and Urdu, and recently decided to take the DLPT for both. I ended up getting 3 in Listening and 2+ in Reading for both Hindi and Urdu.

I’ve been reading through AR 11-6 (9 May 2024), trying to figure out if I actually qualify. From what I understand, being in a non-language MOS doesn’t automatically disqualify you, it depends on how the language is categorized on the current GPF Army Strategic Language List.

Apparently, the current GPF ASLL is dated 27 February 2026, but I cannot find the actual list anywhere.

Does anyone have the current 2026 GPF ASLL or know if Hindi and/or Urdu are currently eligible for FLPB for an E-4 in a non-language MOS?

Just trying to figure out whether I should actually expect language pay or not.

Appreciate any info, especially from anyone who has recently gone through the FLPB process.

I was recently admitted to the Troy University MSW Online Program and have been trying to find a Facebook group for current or incoming MSW students, but I haven't had any luck.
