Im hope questions from an outsider are allowed, i have quite the opposite of a silent mind.
I was reading some posts out of curiosity and started to wonder, can you imagine music that youve heard before? Or would you have to put the song on to recall it? Or do you only hear the instrumentals without the vocals in your mind?
I want to get away from energy drinks and that without switching to coffee, but i need caffeine because i got this thing where i get so tired after eating literally anything that i cant continue doing work without caffeine.
Id prefer to just mix my water bottle with soluble caffeine but cant find a measuring spoon for pure caffeine powder that gives me a daily dose of caffeine without the danger of putting too much in.
Can you tell me a reliable, water soluble caffeine powder to use and a measuring spoon to go with it?

Does anyone have recommendations for a water filter? I have a good hiking backpack that makes it easy to carry a lot of water but id like to be able to refill at lakes or rivers. The price doesnt really matter here.
And the only other part limiting me is that my toes are the first area that prevents me from walking more, they start to hurt from rubbing against the top of the boots, does anyone have tips to prevent that? Be it boots themselves or inlays.
