Chase Freedom Card doesn’t update online balance after issuing new card w/new number
I had a fraudulent charge on my card so Chase deactivated the card and issued a new card with a new number. After I received my new card, in Quicken I deactivated the connection, then set up a new connection and connected it to the existing account. Transactions downloaded correctly but I can’t reconcile because the online balance does not update. I reset the connection and the online balance did update correctly. But subsequent updates (either by OSU or manually) do not update the online balance (but do download transactions correctly).
Any troubleshooting tips?
