Hate on me all you want.. I used to love Marks Pizzeria as a child.

Now that i'm older and venturing into the world of making my own pizzas I have a desire to try to recreate that iconic, squishy, definitely not proofed long marks pizzeria dough.

Anyone happen to have or know of any recipes similar to Marks Pizzeria Dough??
