TMG alternative?

I have been taking 500 mg of NMN and recently started to take 500 mg of TMG with it to avoid possible methyl depletion. Surprisingly the TMG supplement has improved some physical problems that might be (or not) the side effects of taking NMN. However, it seems to cause an increase in neurotransmitters in the brain which then makes my tinnitus a lot worse. I was wondering if anyone here knows of alternatives to TMG that could help with methyl depletion but won't increase the neurotransmitter production in the brain?

My first ever Galarian legendary bird

I went for a walk and as soon as I opened my daily incense, a shiny Galarian Articuno popped up on the screen. It took something like 10 to 12 Ultra Balls and Golden Razz Berries to catch it.

BMW dealership is not allowed to fix flat tires

We have a 2025 X3 which comes with run-flat tires. Back in April, we went to this BMW dealership in Aurora, Ontario to swap the winter tires for all season and they found a nail in one of the all season tires. They said BMW does not allow the dealerships to patch the run-flat tires. The reason is that these tires can blow up if they fix them and BMW cannot take responsibility for that. According to the dealership someone died as the result of an accident related to patching a run-flat tire in Germany and after that BMW told the dealerships all around the world to stop fixing flat tires if they are run-flat type. So they sold us a brand new tire instead (without asking for our consent first but that is another story). I used to have a Honda with run-flat tires and actually had the Honda dealership fixing it multiple times for nail punctures. So I find it a bit puzzling that BMW refuses to do the same. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
