Does UPS offer a guitar shipping box?

I plan on selling a guitar with it's hard shell case so dimensions would be about around 43" x 4" x 15"

Anyone know what dimensions and how much it would be to buy the box from UPS?

What grit should I go up to before applying Rust-Oleum Metallic Bright Coat?

The blade has a Rust-Oleum flat black primer, unsanded but I'm not sure up to what grit to go to. Will the metallic have issues sticking if I go up to say 1000(wet sanded)? Or maybe just 400 will do?
