Me acabo de cambiar a una unidad que para ser honesta son un desmadre las direcciones. Estoy seriamente considerando abrir una pequeña area de paqueteria. Que consejos me darían al respecto?

My hubby knows I do adult stuff and in recent weeks has practically encouraged me to make it a profitable business. My Mom knows enough where she's like " get your bag girl". My Dad... Will cross that bridge but for now he still thinks my 2nd job is customer service.
On to the issue...My Manager is really cool and will fight for her 250 agents under her. She's really good, down to earth and will go into the fire for you. But if you're lying or she doesn't know then you screwed yourself over. I'm going to look over my contract at my vanilla job regarding this line of work and SM. Would you guys give your manager a heads up? I've been at the company for 5 yrs and I'm well liked over there. I'm great at my job to the point that they can't fire me without probable cause & an announcement 😅.
EDIT: I'm in MX, LATAM. We have the federal law for the employee that really works to protect the employee from unfair things that happen. I do have to look over my contract and I've had my annual review with my manager. She has stuck out her neck for me before. Mainly I am overthinking because of that probably and don't want to blindside her.
