Should I make the switch?

First Image is the basic template I use for all my video reviews. I like it very much, I'm not planning on changing it.
While browsing Youtube though I've noticed that thumbnails with the outer stroke (is there a specific name for it?) catch my eye many times, so I was wondering:
Would you consider the 2nd design more clickable? It's just a quick mockup for how it would look.
I kinda... don't like it? Except for the 3D effect, that's cool.
But if it makes the thumbnail more clickable I don't really mind

Hi, I've recently moved my content to tiktok but I'm having a problem.
Audio really really sucks, and I don't know why. The same exact video on YT, FB and IG works no problem.
On Tiktok while I upload I can hear it good, then when it goes live the audio quality drops down a cliff.

I've tried multiple settings, -3 dB, -1dB, upload to 1080p instead of 4k, nothing works.
Why? I just want my video to play as good as the other platforms
