Aussie Goths - where do you get good white foundation?

Seems like its harder than I thought to find a good white foundation. New to goth, but not new to makeup, and I'm quite particular about patchiness and coverage (spoilt by KVD Beauty and now, Tirtir being my ride or die regular foundation).

I tried Mehron clown white and its extremely cakey but doesnt dry down, so if you touch your face at all, it moves around.

I tried Stargazer from Beserk and that is basically white water.

I'm looking for a white foundation with nice coverage that ideally sets, or at least a white foundation with full coverage and a white setting powder that will set it. Tips on how to apply also would be welcome.
