SM keeps trying to gaslight me

*I posted on the company thread and deleted.

I’m on a big project with this SM.
At first they (using they to not specify) liked me and kept saying things like you are so smart, I trust you so much, etc

I didn’t really appreciate the comments bc I already kinda sensed that they are very manipulative person.
The project is moving at a very fast pace and this person is keep gaslighting me and guilt tripping me to make me only work on their project.

They explicitly say don’t accept any other projects and if I have an ongoing project that I already accepted, I need to tell them exactly what it is and who I’m working with. They will go on and say this project X is so stupid and project Y is a waste of your time blah blah

They pinged one senior that I’m on a project with and told them to get me off the project because I have other things to do. Basically they’re cutting off all the ties I have in the team.

They ping me in the morning and all day and at night. If I don’t respond they ping me again and call me even without asking me.

If I tell them I need to spend some time on other projects, they ignore and reply telling me that “can you get this in by this morning for my project? I know that you said you need to pivot, but if we don’t get this out by this morning, we cannot meet the deadline. Keep that in mind.”

Everything is always urgent and there’s just no end. No clear directions, just repeating tasks over and over because there were no clear directions so I need to update it again and again.

It hasn’t been like this for very long, but I already want to quit. Do you guys think internal transfer is an option?

Haha technically three times bc I didn’t show up to my first FAR exam

As you can probs tell I’m not the most conscientious and hardworking person but I just kept signing up for exams. I failed AUD and TCP once too (and no one fails TCP lol).

I passed other three within a year but FAR was sucking my soul out.

I didn’t think I’d pass this time but I did! I got 86 this time.

Every time I signed up I thought about steaks and hot pots and ice creams I could get with that money but we gotta do what we gotta do!!!!!

Also, if you’re working and you’re are not very strong-willed as I am, don’t try to manage work and study together and take PTO. For my last exam I took a week PTO and that realllly helped.

Anyways congrats to ppl that also passed and if you didn’t pass this time, keep going cuz you will pass!
