I went for it!!* Two meal options:
- Roasted cauliflower | crispy chickpeas | quinoa | shawarma sauce
- Roasted sweet potato | black beans | quinoa | chipotle sauce
(+ Big cucumber/tomato salad and leafy greens to go with 😋 )
*only a little worried it won’t be enough food 😅
