A trip down memory lane for some of you. When I was younger (around 15 or so years ago) I used to go into Waterstones and get a drink called a Double Chocolate Flake Indulgence which was absolutely delicious. Does anyone remember what cafe this was that was upstairs in Waterstones? I can’t recall if it was a Starbucks or independent cafe but those drinks were so good. If anyone remembers the cafe and can confirm this memory for me that would be great 😁

Sorry if this is a repeated post but has anyone got any tips and tricks for surviving breastfeeding during a heatwave? The uk is having a mini heatwave at the moment and the sweat coming off me is real, reminds me of the newborn sweats when I was freshly postpartum. I have a hand fan and I’m wearing lose clothing but still sweating like I don’t know what!!
