Make a guess or let your knowledge be known in the comments. Last time most got it correct. Most importantly, be honest and don't check the comments or the spoiler beforehand!

Also sharing with you the place I picked them and find myself tripping in right now. I ate maybe six or so, so the mental filters are present still. But feeling a lot of LOVE for the trees here, which I'm hugging.

Guess which two are not libs!

The season has started all over Norway, and today I found these. But! Two of them are not our beloved magic mushroom.

Guess which two are incorrect. Make a guess in the comments, then check the spoiler afterwards.

Was it easy?

Today I felt the safest I've felt in decades

Hi,

This isn't a post to recommend anything or to gain anyones applause. I'm simply sharing my experience. I'll let you know if I ever have a menty b from working on my capital T Traumies this way.

I generally have felt I keep getting further on my path every month the past year or so. It's usually through looking back that I can see my internal experience has changed for the better. But while I can walk in nature now and usually feel very calm and incredibly present and intimate with plants and trees and the whole experience of walking in nature, I still struggle a whole lot with anxiety. It seems no matter how much I progress, whether it's spiritual or psychological or physical/mental, I'm still held back from partaking in society in any meaningful way because I feel so unsafe in general.

This has led me to just saying fuck it, I really need to try something. The thing is, the practises I do are quite good on their own. I've done a lot of self inquiry which seems to expand my awareness in a very literal sense. I've done TRE with good results. And I've done a lot of mushrooms which are interesting and simply a part of my life now.

The combining thing started with doing TRE and out of curiosity I started asking the self inquiry question "who am I?", perhaps the most potent and widely used question there is. I was really surprised that it was a lot more effective than sighing or breathing deeply out, in terms of increasing tremors. In response to that question, my whole body and especially legs, started shaking so hard I couldn't believe it. And it was easily confirmed to be true as it happens every time I ask the question now while tremoring, I don't have to do anything besides asking the question and relax into the shaking that comes.

Today I ate a very small amount of mushrooms, and went out in nature. As I felt really bad today, and have felt bad for days, I thought I might as well try TRE. I've been put off by the comments in here about not doing this, but with this amount of mushrooms it felt very safe. Mostly I find that mushrooms increases awareness, and therefore also body awareness, and I felt so at home in my body and the world at the end. It was basically a normal but long TRE session, with self inquiry helping the tremors go deep and hard. I like to also do TRE while standing, just relaxing my arms and shoulders and shake it out, and the intimacy I received with nature was incredibly soothing.

So much so, that when I packed my bag and started walking, I noticed how slowly and delicately my body was effortlessly moving, that the thought came of "this is peace walking itself".

The feeling of safety and belonging even lasted somewhat into shopping in the grocery store afterwards. Walking back home I was so in tune with all the flowers, and the smells, and this is something I often notice sober too and really enjoy, but the intimacy was out of this world.

As with a few other TRE sessions, it seems to be the only thing that actually moves the needle immediately when it comes to my anxiety. This time I was just left with "is this how safe normal people feel?"

Just thought I'd share. Again, not a post recommending anything, but I feel obliged to at least share.

Which camera for landscape?

Hi,

I'm new to MF, but have been reading quite a bit.

The most important aspects are:

- for landscape

- somewhat portable but dont need to carry around neck

- possibility to repair and service

Less important:

- price

So far, I'm looking at Hasselblad 500 C/M, Pentax 6x7 and Mamiya 7ii. How would you compare these?

I'm not sure if I want to shoot square format, but other than that the Hasselblad seems great.

Any other recommendations?
